All players and guests must have a tournament wristband to gain access to the event - these are provided FREE to paying guests of Lyons Robin Hood. Alternately weekend tournament wristbands can be purchased at the event from Lyons Robin Hood reception at a cost of £50 each.

**The BAPTO tournament committee reserve the right to change the tournament format and prize fund at any time.

Team Entry for Qualification

Teams that apply will be offered a direct place in the finals. This is limited to the first 128 teams that have paid their team reservation fee. Each team is required to pay a £100 team reservation fee to guarantee their place at the finals. Reservation fees will be returned to the team manager at the tournament. Teams that do not attend the tournament will not be refunded their team reservation fee.
When your team has been accepted, providing you have met the team entry criteria, your team manager will be contacted with details of booking your accomodation.
